Job Description

Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and delivering value-driven opportunities for clients through data analysis and strategic insight. In this role, the analyst reviews and interprets large sets of operational and financial data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and potential areas for improvement. Once opportunities are identified, the analyst develops clear, data-supported recommendations and presents them to stakeholders in a way that is both actionable and aligned with the client's objectives. Beyond simply identifying opportunities, the Data Analyst takes an active role in guiding the implementation process, collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure initiatives are executed effectively. The analyst continues to monitor progress, track results, and validate that the opportunity ultimately delivers measurable value and realized savings or improvements for the client. This end-to-end ownership—from discovery to realization—ensures that insights translate into tangible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Analyze operational and financial data to identify any potential anomalies or outliers. Translate analytical findings into clearly defined opportunities by quantifying potential value, outlining the drivers behind the opportunity, and developing actionable recommendations. Present data driven insights and opportunities to clients, ensuring all complex information is communicated clearly. Collaborate with team to ensure consistent workflow and issue resolution. Communicate with clients via email regarding on going projects and correspondence with vendors, providing continual updates. Maintain accurate records of communications for all ongoing and historical projects. Measure and track results of implemented opportunities to confirm that project value is realized Continuously refine methodologies and processes to improve client value. Follow established protocols for data accuracy, security, and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data input. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable making professional calls to vendors and speaking with customer service representatives. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and web-based platforms. Experience working within a team and collaborating in a remote or hybrid environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with utility billing (water, gas, electric, etc.) and national organizations is a plus but not required Join us in transforming raw data into powerful insights that propel our organization forward!
