Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Business Analyst I to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Analytics Department supporting Behavioral Health business units. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Remote What's the Job? Extract raw transactional data from relational databases using intermediate SQL queries. Import large query outputs directly into Microsoft Excel for deep-dive analysis. Summarize complex operational metrics via Excel Pivot Tables and Power Query tools. Design clean charts and visual dashboards to highlight historical performance trends. Translate raw data into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders via summarized reporting. What's Needed? Proficiency in SQL at an intermediate skill level. Experience with MS Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge of DBeaver or Oracle SQL Developer software tools.
