Data Analyst I

Description Job Summary A large, well-known technology organization is seeking a Data Analyst I to support an engineering and operations team focused on hardware systems and large-scale deployment programs. This role supports data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze operational, engineering, and process data to support program execution and decision-making Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data summaries for stakeholders Partner with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to validate data accuracy Support tracking of metrics, trends, and performance indicators Assist with documentation, data audits, and ad-hoc analysis requests Ensure data consistency across systems and reporting tools Requirements Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar role Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation) Experience working with large datasets Ability to clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or operations teams Familiarity with SQL, dashboards, or reporting tools Experience in fast-paced or highly regulated environments Additional Details Hybrid role; remote work supported Potential for extension based on performance and business needs Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
