In this position... Technical Support Operations (TSO) Data Analytics is a fast-paced work environment serving the needs of the greater TSO organization and supporting other organizations like FCSD MS&S, Lincoln, Model e, and Ford Pro. The TSO Data Analytics team handles reporting and analytics for all TSO initiatives including technician growth and retention, technician training, technician recognition, technical hotline, field escalations, and others. The Data Analytics Developer is primarily responsible for reporting related to each key initiative, including performance-to-objectives at the national level all the way down to individuals in the field. This can include historical performance, current performance-to-objectives, and forecasting. The Data Analytics Developer also supports real-time business decisions/solutions via ad-hoc reporting and other insights. You'll have... Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics or Related field or Equivalent Experience. Min of 1-2 years' experience in Analytics or Data Modelling. Thorough understanding of Ford's Technical Support Operations and larger Service Experience using Alteryx, GCP, SQL - or the willingness and dedication to learn. Engineering Operations business, preferably through direct work experience. Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex information to audiences of diverse levels/backgrounds. Analytical skills with attention to detail. Proven ability to interface effectively with management and external partners and customers. Strong teamwork and collaborative behaviors. Process-oriented mindset with an eye for potential efficiencies. Even better, you may have... SEO experience (TSO / dealer experience is desirable). Prior experience leveraging data to accomplish analytical tasks. Experience using Alteryx, GCP, SQL - or the willingness and dedication to learn. This position is a salary grade 7-8 and ranges from $86,600-$166,200., Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value. Lead the development and deployment of data products (data sets, dashboards, etc.) as required per the needs of the organization. Identify other opportunities to improve the business through data analytics and key insights. Identify, connect, process, and organize key data elements from a variety of sources. Scale work from minimum viable product/lean delivery to fully automated workflows that are self-sustaining. Drive efficiency by reducing dependency on file drops and manual file manipulation by leveraging of database solutions and automation. Maintain data and reporting integrity. Build with an eye on the global business where possible. Provide training and support for data users.
