Job Description
AccountStaff has partnered with a growing organization to hire an Temporary Entry Level Financial/Data Analyst. This position will last at least 6 months and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team. Maintain and update vendor, customer, pricing, and item attributes to enable accurate commerce activities Process sourcing documents manually and systematically across all areas of master data Perform system audits to verify data accuracy and consistency against source documents Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure current and precise information (e.g., item deactivation, attribute changes) Identify opportunities for streamlining master data processes and inputs Create and maintain policies, procedures, and SOPs for master data management Research and resolve vendor and customer invoice discrepancies Assist with projects and perform root cause analyses to develop corrective actions Required skills include 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance. data, pricing, or related fields, strong communication abilities, and a solid understanding of supply chain and accounting concepts. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and possess problem-solving and research capabilities. Preferred qualifications involve a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Logistics. Candidates must be self-motivated, results-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial. This role offers a temporary-to-hire opportunity, with a competitive hourly rate of $24-25, emphasizing a hybrid work environment during the transition period and a move to our new Cranberry location at the end of the year.
