Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Data Quality Analyst with a strong suit in automation for a leading mortgage and financial services client. This individual will join a growing data warehouse team, helping establish QA standards, processes, and governance across enterprise data warehouse initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of advanced SQL expertise, ETL/ELT validation experience, automation capabilities, and leadership skills. This role will partner closely with Data Engineering, BI, Product, and Business teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity throughout the entire data lifecycle. Success in this position requires a hands-on technical contributor who can build repeatable testing frameworks, automate validation processes, work closely with stakeholders, and mentor future QA team members while ensuring enterprise data is trusted and production-ready. This is a fulltime opportunity able to worked from home in the U.S. Skills and Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Data QA, Data Quality, Data Validation, or Data Warehouse Testing.
  • Advanced SQL skills including, joins, CTEs, aggregations, reconciliations, exception reporting, and source-to-target validation.
  • Strong data quality and data testing experience.
  • Experience validating ETL/ELT pipelines, transformations, data ingestion, and data migrations.
  • Automation experience utilizing SQL and scripting.
  • Ability to write automation scripts in languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar.
  • Experience with source-to-target mapping and data reconciliation concepts.
  • Experience validating large-volume/mass datasets.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Enterprise Data Warehouse environments.
  • Snowflake experience strongly preferred.
  • Informatica Data Quality and IICS experience.
  • Financial services, mortgage, banking, or healthcare industry experience.
  • Experience with CDC (Change Data Capture) validation.
  • Jira and qTest experience.
  • AWS S3, Parquet, Avro, and cloud data platform experience.
  • Power BI dashboarding and data quality metrics reporting.
  • Experience mentoring QA Analysts and building QA processes from scratch.
