Up to $68,000 Insight Global is looking for a Data Analyst to work for a client. The candidate will work with employee benefits administration and file transmission operations using proprietary company software, as well as using

PROD/DEV

data environments.

Other duties include:

Perform Data quality audits comparing data from multiple sources Conduct on-going data transmissions to carriers, vendors, and clients Inbound/Outbound file transmission validation (EDI) Create and Manage File Specifications for outbound file requests (834/CEF/FixedWidth/and more) Open Enrollment implementation and support File build, testing, and data validation Continual enrollment and data integrity audits via quarterly/monthly extracts and data compares Client Team support of weekly on-going updates and administration processes (i.e.: class change, pay mode update, client/carrier reporting) Extract, import, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources Data and Table comparisons for Data Quality Auditing. Heavy use of Vlookup/ Index-Match Required Skills & Experience 3 years of experience with Data Files Excellent Communication Skills Proficient with Excel (V-Lookups and Index Match) Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient with Data Set Comparison/Data Auditing Experience with benefits, insurance, or healthcare Proficient with EDI files
