Responsibilities This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. Applicants must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the US without employer sponsorship. Must be willing to work PST timzone from 8am to 5pm. The Provider Data Analyst maintains and ensures the accuracy of Provider Data for network providers. This role is critical in supporting proper provider selection, ensuring accurate reimbursement, and maintaining correct access through directory listings. Responsibilities Maintain Provider Data for all network providers Ensure all provider information is accurately recorded and maintained for proper reimbursement and directory listings Review system updates to verify provider data is loaded accurately Identify any updates needed to complete data load processes Provide support for baseline provider data transactions that cannot be administered automatically due to system limitations and/or data integrity issues Outreach for verification of provider (professional and facility types) via phone calls, emails, and faxes. Thoroughly document all provider changes in multiple databases. Research and work provider group rosters in multiple formats, word and excel. Review bulk provider submissions from provider groups to confirm accuracy of data load to system Research data discrepancies and key provider data into internal systems as needed to resolve errors Qualifications Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in healthcare data management or similar role required Experience working with provider data management systems preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Understanding of healthcare provider networks and relationships Experience with data analysis and data management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation Attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Excellent organizational skills Experience with healthcare provider data preferred Benefits We're committed to supporting your ultimate well-being through our total compensation package offerings that support your health, wealth and self. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $18.65 - $25.00 hourly, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
