We are seeking a highly technical Data Analyst to support end-to-end analytics, including data extraction, data engineering, and dashboard development. This individual will work closely with a direct manager to interpret requirements, locate and analyze large datasets, and develop insights through reporting and visualization tools. This is a long-term contract opportunity supporting ongoing analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end analytics, including data extraction, and data loading
Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau
Locate, interpret, and analyze large-scale datasets (billions of data points)
Build and support data pipelines, including understanding pipeline structure and functionality
Work with various types of data, including claims, membership, and provider data
Translate requirements into actionable analytics and reporting solutions
Partner directly with leadership for guidance and execution of analytics deliverables
Compensation:
$35
•40/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
Experience developing and working with data pipelines
Strong data analysis and data interpretation skills
Experience working with large datasets
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including data storage and access processes
Experience with Tableau for data visualization
Strong technical aptitude and ability to work independently with direction
Healthcare data experience is a plus
