Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Reporting & Data Analyst (Charlotte, Pennington, Jersey City, Kennesaw) to join their dynamic team. As a Reporting & Data Analyst, you will be an essential part of the Data Analytics Department supporting strategic decision-making processes. Pay Range:

$45 - $47.82/hr on W2 What's the Job? Provide end-to-end production support for metric reporting routines used by senior executives and stakeholders. Create and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports that are error-free and visually compelling. Perform data mining, aggregation, and analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential risks. Develop and optimize macros, VBA, and SQL queries to streamline reporting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reports. What's Needed? Minimum of 5+ years of advanced Excel experience, including macros, power queries, and VBA. At least 5+ years of moderate to advanced SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation. 7+ years of experience in data mining and analytics, with a proven ability to dissect and simplify complex data sets. Strong track record of delivering accurate reports on time, with proactive identification and resolution of macro or code issues. Experience working within highly regulated industries or financial institutions, with prior interaction with senior management preferred. What's in it for me?
