How You'll Make an Impact Perform advanced exploratory and root-cause analysis across customer interaction, operational and transactional data to identify key drivers, trends and improvement opportunities. Leverage AI/NLP-enabled analytical techniques, including text classification, clustering, semantic analysis and large language models (LLMs), to accelerate insight generation from customer interactions. Deliver actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations that clearly articulate the magnitude of the opportunity and recommended actions. Validate analytical and AI-generated outputs through data quality checks, sample reviews and business validation to ensure accuracy and reliability. Develop and maintain documentation for analytical methodologies, business definitions, taxonomies, data sources and quality standards to ensure repeatability and continuity. Integrate data from multiple sources to generate comprehensive reporting elements.
