What You ll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience Experience 5+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience Skills Manage multiple projects, prioritize and organize tasks effectively while meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities Capability to work independently and within a team Advanced SQL skills with experience querying, integrating and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), text classification, clustering or other AI-assisted analytical techniques Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analytical findings for business audience Knowledge of Word, Excel and similar software applicationsBenefits
