As a Senior Data Analyst at Spectrum, you'll play a key role in shaping resource optimization across multiple departments by delivering impactful forecasts and reports. Your expertise will empower management to identify trends and opportunities, making a measurable difference in Spectrum's operational success. This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week. How You'll Make an Impact Perform advanced exploratory and root-cause analysis across customer interaction, operational and transactional data to identify key drivers, trends and improvement opportunities. Leverage AI/NLP-enabled analytical techniques, including text classification, clustering, semantic analysis and large language models (LLMs), to accelerate insight generation from customer interactions. Deliver actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations that clearly articulate the magnitude of the opportunity and recommended actions. Validate analytical and AI-generated outputs through data quality checks, sample reviews and business validation to ensure accuracy and reliability. Develop and maintain documentation for analytical methodologies, business definitions, taxonomies, data sources and quality standards to ensure repeatability and continuity. Integrate data from multiple sources to generate comprehensive reporting elements. What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience Experience 5+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience Skills Manage multiple projects, prioritize and organize tasks effectively while meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities Capability to work independently and within a team Advanced SQL skills with experience querying, integrating and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), text classification, clustering or other AI-assisted analytical techniques Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex analytical findings for business audience Knowledge of Word, Excel and similar software applications #
