Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Gather and integrate data from various sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, external reports) to create comprehensive datasets. Perform statistical analysis, data modeling, and data mining to identify patterns, correlations, and insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders, including management, marketing, and product development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, implement data collection strategies, and ensure data integrity. Identify opportunities for process improvement and data optimization to enhance data quality and analytical capabilities. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and technologies in data analytics and data science. Support the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role, preferably within a large organization. Strong experience with business intelligence platforms and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Demonstrated ability to collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
