Job Description
Position Summary A part-time Data Analyst position based in Texas, offering a flexible hybrid work arrangement of approximately 20-25 hours per week. This contract role involves executing regular reporting and data collection tasks, supporting financial reporting processes, and ensuring accurate data management within a structured enterprise reporting system. Key Responsibilities Monitor and process the receipt of financial documentation, communicate with members regarding missing or late reports, store financial data securely, facilitate extensions or waivers, and manage late fines. Enter financial data precisely into the automated financial reporting system, monitor its approval, and ensure workflow completion. Manage the creation and review of daily surveillance emails, tracking workflows related to negative news, missing reports, account modifications, and other pending items. Conduct daily reviews to identify and address items requiring same-day action. Reconcile reports and trackers to maintain their accuracy and timeliness. Perform additional duties as assigned to support reporting and data management activities. Required Qualifications Knowledge of core financial reporting components, such as income statements and balance sheets. Understanding of credit and financial statement analysis for various financial institutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). Strong communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high level of attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience with financial data management and reporting workflows. Familiarity with automated financial systems and workflow approval processes. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
