Schedule:
Monday - Friday Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst III to support operational and performance analytics initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly skilled data professional who can work independently, transform complex datasets into actionable insights, and deliver impactful data visualizations to cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Spotfire Import, cleanse, validate, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency Analyze trends, correlations, and performance drivers to support business decision-making Present insights through clear visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) Collaborate with operations, engineering, and continuous improvement teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions Ensure data integrity and deliver high-quality, reliable outputs Required Qualifications Strong experience with Power BI and/or Spotfire for dashboard development and reporting Advanced SQL skills for querying, transforming, and validating data Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Experience with Databricks Working knowledge of Python Experience with Upstream Oil & Gas, Drilling, or Completions data Additional Information Candidates will be required to demonstrate technical skills during the interview process This role requires a hands-on, highly capable analyst comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
