At least two years of related analytical experience preferred. Recent graduates with strong analytical and technical skills will also be considered. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills , including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and analytical reporting. Experience creating or interpreting dashboards and reports in Power BI. Ability to analyze financial and operational information and translate findings into practical recommendations. Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through. Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with managers and other departments. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed. Preferred Experience Experience supporting a multi-location service, transportation, fleet maintenance , or similar operation . Familiarity with ERP , accounting, service-management, or business-intelligence systems . Knowledge of data-querying, data-transformation, AI-enabled productivity , or process-improvement tools . What You'll Do Collect, organize, validate, and analyze information from multiple business systems . Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and location-level performance reports. Track key performance indicators and identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities. Analyze profit and loss statements, invoices, coding , and supporting financial data . Conduct root-cause analysis to determine what is driving performance issues. Present findings and recommended corrective actions to operations managers. Prepare clear reports, presentations, and summaries for leadership. Partner with operations, accounting, finance, and other departments to improve data accuracy and business processes. Train managers and employees on reporting tools, systems, and standard operating procedures . Maintain the confidentiality of company, employee, customer, and financial information.
