Subject Matter Expert IV - Data Analytics/Cost Modeling

•This position is open only to candidates who currently hold an active DoD government security clearance. Due to the nature of the work, applicants without an active clearance will not be considered.•Stratagen is seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert IV - Data Analytics/Cost Modeling to support the User Fee Program requirements for the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services Division in Clarksburg, WV. This position involves extensive experience in cost model architecture, data analysis, and business analytics. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative and independent environment while supporting mission-critical services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and gather relevant data to support cost modeling activities. Design and manage cost models, ensuring accurate and efficient analysis. Facilitate knowledge transfer on data analysis theory and modeling techniques. Provide data analysis using Microsoft suite products and specialty activity-based costing software. Perform business analytics, develop and apply alternative solutions, and ensure timely and accurate project deliverables. Manage file documentation and archiving for all project-related data. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient workflows and deliver high-quality results.

Required Skills & Experience:

Top Secret security clearance. A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including cost model architecture, data modeling, and analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service and collaboration. Ability to work independently and solve complex problems creatively.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with Federal User Fee Programs. Experience with SAS activity-based costing software. Experience with R, Python, or Monte Carlo tools.

$170,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
