Division. Plans, directs, and coordines da initiives including pipelines, integrion efforts, and enterprise da products, setting milestones, methods, resources, and da sources to support the Agency Directs, plans, and conducts research and analytical studies of Agency da challenges. Recommends da collection, integrion, and retention requirements, and communices technical approaches and findings clearly to analysts and senior leaders. Serves as team lead and SME integring advanced software tools into DCAA decisions. Designs and optimizes da structures, transformions, and integrion processes to cure large structured and unstructured dasets for analytics and ML use. Leads discussions with stakeholders, senior leaders, stewards, architects, and partners to transle mission needs into scalable da solutions. Presents results and ensures delivered da products meet internal customer and decision-maker needs. Externally - Inities and maintains liaison with da science and engineering peers across agencies and societies to facilite the mutual exchange of new analytical techniques, da modeling methodologies, and da governance frameworks.
