Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Equipment Engineer to join our Model Y Castings team, responsible for the performance and reliability of large-scale aluminum die-casting, and post casting machining processes (Deburr and CNC machining). In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Maintenance, Process, Controls, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to maximize equipment uptime, support capacity expansion, and lead data-driven improvements. You will be instrumental in ensuring casting equipment meets Tesla's world-class standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
