Per Hour Job Summary:
This role will leverage data science to understand and optimize the interplay between consumer and expert experiences to drive customer outcomes. You will analyze data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and propose innovative solutions that blend human expertise with exceptional customer experiences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies and product enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify strategic opportunities for expert engagement to maximize customer value. Develop predictive models for optimal timing and targeting of expert interactions. Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of expert engagement. Formulate data-driven recommendations for new engagement approaches. Create self-serve reporting for performance tracking and stakeholder insights.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in statistical modeling and analysis. Experience with experimental design and causal inference. Ability to communicate complex findings clearly. This role is ideal for someone with experience in platforms focused on customer engagement and service delivery, particularly where human expertise plays a key role.
