Job Description We are looking for a Sr Data Scientist to join a Medicare analytics team to build analytics that will help guide make business decisions. You will have the opportunity to build models, experiment with creative ideas, and introduce new approaches to solving complex Member Experience challenges—making a direct difference in our members' lives.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

Lead the analysis of large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights.

Model Development:

Develop and implement advanced machine learning models for forecasting and predictive analytics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and standardizing forecasting applications using time series techniques to provide forward-looking insights to our clients, set performance guarantees, and drive' improve Member experience

ML-Ops:

Develop, deploy and maintain machine learning models in production, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business analysts, to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.

Innovation:

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and apply them to improve existing processes and models.

Reporting:

Create and present detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Analytical Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant Data Science experience
• 3+ years' experience programming in Python
• 3+ years' experience programming in SQL
• 2+ year experience working with Cloud Technology (GCP, AWS or Azure)
• 1+ year experience deploying models in production
• Experience in Google Cloud/BigQuery
• Strong problem-solving experience with a history of making business impact
