The RoleAs a Data Scientist at Kyndryl you are the bridge between business problems and innovative solutions, using a powerful blend of well-defined methodologies, statistics, mathematics, domain expertise, consulting, and software engineering. Key ResponsibilitiesAI Solution DevelopmentBuild and deploy AI models for NLP, computer vision, and generative AI use cases.

Utilize platforms such as Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Cognitive Search, and Microsoft Bot Framework.

Deploy AI chatbots, agents, and virtual assistants using Google, Perplexity, AWS.Use Agentic AI frameworks to design, deploy, and maintain AI Agents in different environments.

Integration & AutomationIntegrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows and applications.

Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI models using MLOps best practices.

Governance & ComplianceApply Responsible AI principles ensuring fairness, transparency, and security.

Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards.

Implement AI guardrails for ethical and safe AI usage.

CollaborationPartner with data engineers, cloud architects, and business analysts to align AI solutions with business objectives.

Support AI adoption through training and knowledge sharing.

As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. Low-code / No-code agent building.

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) & Semantic Search.

Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, LangChain/LangGraph. Preferred Technical and Professional ExperienceMulti-agent orchestration and MCP (Model Context Protocol).Azure AI Agent Service & Copilot Studio.

Advanced RAG & Semantic Search implementations.
