What you'll achieve As a Data Science Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for contributing to business strategy by defining and governing taxonomies and ontologies for our extensive knowledge content (articles, videos, manuals, etc.) The optimal taxonomical and ontological structure of our knowledge content will maximize findability and deliver on our critical business outcome: enabling customer self-service success. You will also design governance processes and execute them to align multiple stakeholders across the organization.

You will:

Work during US time zones to collaborate with internal and external teams to understand stakeholder requirements. Develop and apply a broad range of techniques and theories from taxonomy, ontology, and business intelligence to deliver actionable business insights. Consult with knowledge content owners and stakeholders to understand context.
