Data Modeler

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Data Modeler with extensive experience in designing and structuring data models to support analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR data, data governance frameworks, and experience working with modern data platforms and visualization tools such as Power BI. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models to support business and analytics requirements Analyze and structure HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models Support migration and implementation of data governance frameworks such as Unity Catalog Develop data models optimized for reporting and visualization in Power BI Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards Document data models, definitions, and data flows Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience as a Data Modeler Strong understanding of HR data and ability to identify and structure HR-related datasets Hands-on experience with Unity Catalog Experience designing data models for Power BI Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting data platform migrations and modernization initiatives Familiarity with data governance and data management best practices Experience working in enterprise data environments
