Seeking a Data Scientist to develop and deploy Machine Learning and Agentic AI solutions that turn complex business data into actionable insights. This role will partner closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and Software Engineers to build production-ready AI applications. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership for Data Science, Machine Learning, GenAI, and Agentic AI initiatives Coach, mentor, and support junior Data Scientists Partner with the Data Science Lead to guide project execution and delivery Lead model development, training, testing, tuning, and deployment activities Develop production-ready AI and ML solutions Collaborate with ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Software Engineers Drive best practices across model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks Communicate technical solutions and recommendations to business stakeholders We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
