Job Description
Midwest Tape, LLC, seeks Data Scientist I at their headquarters in Holland, OH. Requires M.S. in data science, information systems and operations, mechanical engineering, or related technical field with coursework in mathematics, engineering, partial differential equations, statistics, and numerical methods, and 1 yr. exp. as a Business Analyst or Jr. Data Scientist with Big Data (Cassandra, Apache Storm, Spark, Elastic); manipulating sets and building statistical models; creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.; and programming languages such as Python, Java, C, and C++.
