We are seeking someone who is able to work both autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrate curiosity, a growth mindset and passion for solving human problems through data. ‍ What You'll Do Lead end-to-end advanced analytics , ranging from foundational statistics to complex modeling initiatives Provide strategic internal and external methodological consultation to achieve client business objectives Collaborate on primary research design and implementation Convert high-dimensional data into client-friendly narratives (reports, simulators) in partnership with internal teams Partner with the Data Sciences team to elevate departmental experience & capabilities ‍ What You Need for
Success Experience:
2-3 years of professional experience in applied data science with a proven track record of delivering complex modeling projects
Education:
Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Psychology or related field (Advanced degree preferred)
Technical Skills:
High proficiency in a statistical programming language (e.g., SAS, R, Python)
Communication:
Excellent ability to explain complex quantitative findings for non-technical stakeholders, both written and verbal
Execution:
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Mindset:
