M-F, standard business hours Job#: bh19347 Were seeking two Modeling & Simulation Engineers to develop, maintain, validate, and enhance simulation environments supporting the analysis and evaluation of advanced aerospace and autonomous systems. Responsibilities Design, develop, integrate, and refine simulation models in collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Develop models for sensors, tracking systems, decision-support algorithms, vehicle dynamics, and related system components. Maintain and improve simulation architecture, software tools, and supporting infrastructure. Execute simulation studies, analyze results, and communicate technical findings through presentations and written reports. Required Qualifications Proficiency with MATLAB and Simulink. Experience developing modeling and simulation applications. Experience programming in C/C++ and familiarity with object-oriented programming and Git. Knowledge of simulation methodologies and statistical analysis. Experience developing, debugging, testing, and executing software in Windows and Linux environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical results to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications Experience with parallel or high-performance computing. Familiarity with formal software development and verification/validation processes. Experience integrating C/C++ or Java code with MATLAB/Simulink. Experience integrating legacy and new simulation components into Simulink environments. Knowledge of aircraft dynamics, autonomous systems, airspace operations, or surveillance technologies. Experience with tracking and estimation algorithms, such as Kalman filtering.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid schedule with approximately 2-3 days onsite each week.
