Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Lead Experimentation & Measurement Data to serve as the company's subject matter expert for experimentation, testing strategy, and measurement. This individual will partner across Product, Marketing, Engineering, Advertising, and Analytics teams to help ensure business decisions are driven by rigorous experimentation and data-driven insights. This is a highly visible individual contributor role reporting directly to leadership. The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing and analyzing experiments, establishing measurement frameworks, and driving experimentation strategy across complex organizations. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, operate independently, and provide guidance across a large portfolio of active experiments. This is a contracted role as well as fully remote. What You'll Do
  • Serve as the client's primary expert on experimentation methodology and measurement.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other experimental frameworks across the organization.
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Advertising teams to develop testing strategies and success metrics.
  • Analyze experiment performance and communicate findings, recommendations, and business impact to stakeholders.
  • Establish best practices for experiment design, statistical rigor, measurement, and reporting.
  • Drive consistency and alignment across teams utilizing different experimentation approaches and tools.
  • Own and evolve the company's experimentation roadmap and long-term strategy.
  • Provide guidance on experiment prioritization, measurement plans, and success criteria.
  • Support a high-volume experimentation environment with numerous concurrent tests running across the business.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations for leadership.

  • 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, Experimentation, Measurement, or a related quantitative field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading experimentation programs and influencing business strategy through data-driven decision making.
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing, experimental design, statistical analysis, causal inference, and measurement methodologies.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency and experience working with large-scale datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms such as Statsig or GrowthBook.
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex analyses to both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience within B2C technology companies.
  • Media, streaming, subscription, digital entertainment, or advertising industry experience.
  • Experience supporting experimentation initiatives across multiple business functions simultaneously.
Demonstrated career progression with strong tenure and impact at previous organizations
