Senior Data Modeler at BairesDev In this role, you'll own the data modeling of an MDM implementation, working across different data sources alongside a team of data modelers under a project manager. Using Erwin as the primary modeling platform, you'll design and maintain data models that bring structure, consistency, and clarity to complex enterprise data landscapes. This is your opportunity to apply deep data modeling expertise in a high-impact MDM engagement where your decisions directly shape how data is governed and understood across the organization. What You'll Do Own and drive the data modeling workstream within an MDM implementation. Design, develop, and maintain data models across different data sources using Erwin. Collaborate with fellow data modelers and the project manager to ensure alignment and delivery. Apply insurance industry knowledge to model domain-specific data accurately. Create data visualizations to communicate data structures and relationships to stakeholders. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in data modeling or data architecture. Deep expertise in data modeling concepts and methodologies. Hands-on experience with Erwin Data Modeling. Insurance industry experience. Background in data visualization.
