Full Job Description Role:
Machine Learning Measurement Analyst Our Vision:

The Machine Learning Measurement Analyst supports an established, in-house machine-learning measurement program within an oil and gas Facilities & Pipeline organization. The existing framework and technology are already in place. This position will focus on day-to-day program oversight, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and long-term development and planning to ensure the measurement program continues to operate reliably and effectively. The ideal candidate is a technical, detail-oriented problem solver who can take ownership of an established measurement program, keep it running reliably, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and help develop the program for future needs. This role is based in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operation and performance of the existing machine-learning measurement program Monitor measurement systems and identify potential data, equipment, or system issues Troubleshoot problems and coordinate with field and office teams to resolve issues Analyze measurement data and identify trends, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement Support ongoing development, optimization, and long-term planning of the program Collaborate with Facilities, Pipeline, Operations, Engineering, Measurement, and other technical teams Help ensure measurement processes and systems remain reliable, accurate, and operational Document issues, solutions, system performance, and improvement initiatives Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical background in measurement, data analytics, machine learning, automation, instrumentation, engineering, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and determine appropriate solutions Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to work effectively with both field and office personnel Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage day-to-day responsibilities while contributing to longer-term program development
