Alexandria, VA Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to support DoD data analysis and decision-making requirements. The Data Scientist will use programming, SQL, statistical, mathematical, visualization, and/or AI/ML techniques to analyze complex data and deliver meaningful analytical results to government customers and senior decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Use programming languages such as Python, R, C#, MATLAB, or Simulink to perform data analysis and develop analytical solutions. Query, manipulate, and analyze data using SQL . Perform data analysis using one or more of the following areas: Statistical analysis and predictive modeling Mathematical analysis, forecasting, and optimization Data visualization and presentation Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) Analyze complex data and translate results into meaningful information for customers and decision-makers. Develop analytical outputs and visualizations that allow senior decision-makers to quickly understand results. Work directly with clients to understand analytical requirements and communicate findings. Required Qualifications Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field . 4+ years of experience working with object-oriented programming languages and other coding environments such as Python, Java, C++, C#, R, MATLAB, or Simulink . 4+ years of experience designing, executing, and delivering data analyses. Expertise in SQL (Structured Query Language) . Demonstrated ability to interface and work effectively with clients. Experience in at least one of the following analytical areas: Statistics/statistical or predictive modeling Mathematics, forecasting, optimization, or supply chain analysis Data visualization using Tableau, Qlik, ArcGIS, R , or similar tools Artificial Intelligence(AI) and / or Machine Learning (ML) Why Join Object CTalk?
