- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 3+ years of experience with AFSIM, ITASE, NGTS, or similar simulation environments, OR 7+ years of equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Modeling & Simulation (M&S) experience
- Experience developing and analyzing simulation-based scenarios
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, or Design of Experiments (DoE)
- Experience supporting analysis of combat systems, weapon systems, air defense, electronic warfare, or command and control (C2) environments
- Experience creating analytical reports, dashboards, or data visualizations Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Python, MATLAB, C++, or similar programming languages
