POSITION SUMMARY
Person in this position will be responsible for the data management needs of the agency. Essential Job Functions include those listed below.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The entry of data into the computer system including: Participant Service Verifications. Participant Profiles. SAP/DMC Contact Verifications. DMC billing for several counites Learn several counties EHR system. SASCA/DMC/other contracts Contact Logs. SASCA/DMC/other contracts Authorization for Participant Services. Admits and Discharges from Providers. PSN Verifications of Treatment. Monthly invoice generation including getting provider approval. Weekly Service Verifications faxed to providers for approval. Receive faxes and other correspondence and distribute to appropriate party. Researching and fixing of any error in data that may occur. Assist with any computer problems that may arise. Must Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision, and goals of WestCare Foundation; and Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Experience and Competencies:
Excellent communication skills. Basic computer skills. Good documentation skills. Be able to multi-task. Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion. Ability to work well in a team environment. Adherence to the highest standard of ethical conduct, especially to standards governing confidentiality. Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid Class C driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain WestCare's vehicle insurance is required, Class B driver's license is preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain CDCR Clearance. CPR Certification, First Aid Certification, and an annual Tuberculosis test. During your tenure with WestCare there may be new requirements, including, but not limited to vaccinations that are issued by local, State, Federal, and/or Funders that WestCare may have to comply with. Should this occur Human Resources or appropriate personnel will inform you. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
One (1) year data entry experience. High School diploma or its equivalent is required.
