JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for management and maintenance on critical data, ensuring its accuracy, consistency, and completeness across various functions. Support operations by creating, updating, and cleansing master data, including, but not limited to, customer, vendor, job sites, and service contracts
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration, is preferred 1-3 years of combined experience in high volume data entry and analysis N/A Experience with ERP systems and other data management tools Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and propose solutions Understanding of data governance principles and best practices Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various teams Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues effectively Accuracy and thoroughness in maintaining and updating master data Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines Ability to sit most of the working day
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Creating, updating, and maintaining master data records for customers, suppliers, job sites, service contracts, and other relevant data sets Implementing and enforcing data policies, procedures, and standards to maintain data quality and compliance Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data across the ERP Working close with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, resolve data issues, and implement data-related projects Participate in projects related to master data, ensuring data architecture and integrations align with business requirements Identifying opportunities to streamline master data processes and improve data management efficiency Communicating with customer and supplies to obtain missing information to update ERP records Total Rewards At Monarch, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain top talent.
