San Diego, CA Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to help maintain the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of our client and account data. This role combines data management, research, reporting, and process improvement, with opportunities to work closely with internal teams and external technology partners. You'll play an important role in keeping our data reliable, identifying opportunities to improve processes, and helping ensure our systems support the business effectively. What you'll do: Review and validate incoming client and account data for accuracy and completeness Research and resolve missing, incomplete, or inconsistent records Reconcile and maintain client data, including consolidation and removal of duplicate or outdated records Partner with department leaders to identify root causes of data issues and develop sustainable solutions Collaborate with Salesforce and other vendor partners to standardize and improve data across systems Document data processes, system changes, and updates from external data providers Prepare and distribute required client communications Monitor overall data quality Experience you'll bring: Experience in financial services Experience in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Analytical mindset with a natural curiosity for understanding how and why issues occur Ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues independently
Bonus Points:
Experience in data operations, or a related field Working knowledge of Pershing clearing systems and Salesforce What you'll get: Salary range $55,000-$68,000 annually Benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k (with matching options) Generous paid time off package upon your start date
