Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Work Arrangement:
Onsite Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Master Data Specialist for a 12-month contract role. This is an entry-level opportunity focused on data entry, records management, and administrative organization within our maintenance operations. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with exceptional attention to detail who thrives in a high-volume environment.
Background & Context:
Supports maintenance operations data integrity for The Organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-volume, accurate data entry into maintenance databases and system records.
  • Maintain, organize, and archive paper and electronic maintenance files, equipment logs, and documentation.
  • Assist the maintenance team with updating records, schedules, and work order details.
  • Ensure data consistency, integrity, and compliance across all maintenance documentation.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the maintenance department as assigned.
Qualification & Experience:
    Experience:
    Entry-level; prior administrative, data entry, or office support experience is preferred.
      Key Skills:
      High attention to detail, strong accuracy, fast learning agility, and the ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently.
        Technical Skills:
        Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer navigation.

        Plus Factors:
        Experience with SAP (or similar enterprise resource planning systems) is a strong plus. Prior experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) documentation standards is a plus.
