Lead Regulatory Data Specialist Employment Type:

$58,000 - $63,000 annually Position Summary Zimmerman Associates, Inc. (ZAI) is seeking a Lead Regulatory Data Specialist to support our Internet Surveillance Project. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills who excels at managing regulatory data processes and ensuring compliance with project and contractual requirements. The Lead Regulatory Data Specialist will oversee regulatory data processing activities, develop and maintain business processes, monitor quality and productivity standards, and ensure the accurate and timely delivery of project outputs. This role works closely with the Project Manager to support operational objectives, improve process efficiencies, and maintain compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Create, document, and maintain business processes and workflows that support regulatory standards and project objectives. Monitor and oversee the processing of regulatory data to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with established procedures. Ensure final data elements are properly prepared for distribution through various printed and electronic media formats. Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor production, productivity, quality, and customer service performance against established standards and contract requirements. Maintain accurate and current project documentation, including reports, statistics, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and workflow documentation. Track project performance metrics and assist in identifying opportunities for operational improvements and process efficiencies. Conduct quality reviews and support corrective actions to ensure deliverables meet project requirements. Provide guidance and support to team members regarding established processes, procedures, and quality standards. Support project planning, reporting, and other activities necessary to ensure successful contract performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Experience supporting regulatory, data management, records management, information management, compliance, or related programs. Experience developing, documenting, and improving business processes, workflows, and operational procedures. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience monitoring production, quality, and performance standards in a deadline-driven environment. Ability to maintain detailed project documentation, reports, statistics, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with project leadership, team members, and stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet established deadlines.
