Type:

full-time Digital Product Data Specialist Heyden Supply | Duluth, GA (On-site only) | Full-time About the Role Heyden Supply, a family-owned construction supply and building materials distributor, is looking for a Digital Product Data Specialist to own the accuracy, structure, and competitiveness of our product catalog from our ERP to our website, and 3P selling channels. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who enjoys bringing order to complex product data - SKUs, categories, attributes, and pricing across a fast-growing catalog. You'll report to our Ecommerce Director and be a key part of how customers find, understand, and buy from us online. What You'll Do

  • Load and maintain new product listings on our website
  • Own product data integrity, including category and attribute hierarchies
  • Monitor and adjust pricing to stay competitive in the market
  • Resolve product feed issues in Google Merchant Center
  • Support merchandising initiatives across the site
  • Partner with AI-assisted tooling and workflows to keep data accurate and scale efficiently as our catalog grows
  • Other related duties as our ecommerce operation evolves What We're Looking For
  • This is a data-accuracy role first - you'll spend most of your time in spreadsheets, category trees, and admin panels keeping product data clean, correct, and consistently structured across thousands of SKUs. If you enjoy that kind of detail work, you'll be a fit; if you're looking for a primarily creative or content-strategy role, this isn't it.
  • Experience with product data management, catalog operations, or PIM-style work - titles like Product Data Specialist, PIM Specialist, Ecommerce Coordinator, Ecommerce Content Specialist, or Catalog Specialist all describe this work
  • Comfort working inside WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or a similar ecommerce platform
  • Familiarity with product feeds (Google Merchant Center or similar)
  • Sharp attention to detail - you notice when a category is misfiled or an attribute is inconsistent
  • Comfortable with data-heavy, repetitive work done carefully and accurately
Bonus:

background in distribution, building materials, industrial supply, or another high-SKU-count environment Compensation & Schedule

  • Compensation commensurate with experience
  • Benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k)) available following the introductory period
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
  • On-site at our Duluth, GA office - no remote
