Membership Billing & Data Specialist Job Responsibilities:
Process monthly billing, including ACH files, credit card processing, and membership invoices. Track and process ACH returns and credit card payment declines. Manage annual membership renewals, payment schedules, and account updates. Process bad debt write-offs and maintain accurate Excel records for accounting. Reconcile membership accounts and update records for additions, cancellations, and plan changes. Review membership pricing, account classifications, and payment statuses for accuracy. Prepare monthly reports on membership counts, billing activity, and payment returns using Excel. Provide financial and membership data to management and other organizational contacts Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records. Run reports and identify and correct discrepancies or outdated information. Perform routine database maintenance and data cleanup.

Membership Billing & Data Specialist Job Qualifications:
Advanced Excel skills required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with billing, accounting, data entry, database management, or reconciliation preferred. Ability to manage confidential information and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a primarily remote environment.
