44,140Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain performance standards and pursue goals, objectives, and activities that promote the mission, vision and value statement of the College.
- Assist in completing internal and external data requests, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of requested data.
- Regularly uses Excel to manage, clean, and analyze institutional data, including working with large datasets, and applying formulas and filters to organize, validate, and combine data from multiple sources.
- Co-manages the data request management system for organization of and timely response to requests.
- Assist in conducting internal data audits to ensure data accuracy. This may include verifying student data through phone calls or other methods as needed.
- Manages the compilation, preparation, and publication of data for semester and annual Fletcher Facts reports
- Supports the preparation of the annual Program Health Index (PHI) reports, including gathering, verifying, and compiling necessary data.
- Maintain and update the institution's data warehouse by saving relevant Cognos reports at key times throughout the semester, including at the End of Term (EOT), the 14th day, and other critical reporting points.
- Assist with data collection, updates, and reporting related to priority groups as part of ongoing institutional data needs.
- Assist in the development, distribution, and analysis of institutional surveys, including student, faculty, and alumni surveys.
- Employes and manages a comprehensive and ongoing plan related to the collection of feedback for improvement needs around student satisfaction and graduate satisfaction, advisory board satisfaction, employer satisfaction, and placement/employment of students/graduates.
- Collect and organize feedback from advisory boards, ensuring that insights are documented and incorporated into institutional planning and reporting processes and provide reports or summaries based on survey results and advisory board feedback to inform decision-making and improvements.
- Provide general support for institutional research and records functions, including assisting with special projects or reports as needed.
- Support Records and Registration with year-round registration maintenance and clean up.
- Foster, demonstrate, and actively participate in a culture of mutual respect for students, guests, and co-workers from all backgrounds, perspectives and abilities. Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and supervisors and utilize appropriate channels of communication within the college community concerning procedures and/or inquiries.
- Attend and participate in scheduled activities, which include graduation, open house/recruiting events as assigned, convocation, and required meetings. Share ideas and information, and work toward common department and College goals.
- Serve on college committees as a member or as chair. Serve on search committees.
- Participate in professional development activities that enhance effectiveness (convocation, LCTC conference, etc.).
- Represent the college in a manner that promotes a professional and positive image.
- Adhere to College and LCTC policies.
- Embrace college culture.
- Complete all required assignments prior to deadlines (Fletcher/LCTC trainings, etc.).
