Excel Specialist (Contract)

West Branch, IA (Onsite)

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-FridayAbout the RoleOur client in the West Branch area is seeking a detail-oriented Excel Specialist to support a critical data management project. This position will focus on reviewing purchasing records, extracting serial number information, and accurately entering data into Excel and internal systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with large volumes of data and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesReview purchase records and documentation within company systems.

Extract serial number information from purchased parts sourced internationally.

Accurately enter and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets.

Navigate and utilize SAP and other manufacturing software platforms.

Verify information for completeness and accuracy.

Assist with data reconciliation and reporting as needed.
