Job Description
Under the direction of the Director, Quality Assurance, plays a key role in actively facilitating qualityimprovement activities (QAPI). Performs varied and diverse duties requiring knowledge of data management.quality assurance plan, processes and reporting, and office systems and procedures. Management of internaland external data reporting which includes, but is not limited to, the creation of data tracking tools, data input,tracking data, presentation and elements of analysis is required. Management of QMC and QUMC meetings toinclude scheduling of meetings, communication with attendees, preparation of agenda, coordination ofpertinent related documents, and creation of minutes will be assigned. Clerical duties may be assigned inaccordance to necessity of department needs and may include a combination of answering telephones, typingor word processing, office machine operation, and filing. Entry data DOH and HPMS also required Experience Bachelors Degree
Min of 1 Year of experience Requires Knowledge and skills in data management, office systems, health care systems, basic quality assurance background and strong written and verbal communication skills. Essential Functions
- Place telephone calls or arrange conference calls as instructed.
- Set up and maintain paper and electric filing systems for records, correspondence and other material.
- Exhibit proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, database management, power point and other applications.
- Perform general office du es such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail. Distribute incoming mail, faxes, and email.
- Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and others by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
- Facilitate data management by creating tools (e.g. spreadsheets) to capture, track, trend and present data.
- Communicate effectively with individuals outside the organize on, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail. Communicate effectively with individuals within the organization as part of routine duties within Quality Assurance Department.
- Facilitate all elements of QMC, QUMC, Infection Control Committee meeting including communication with attendees, meeting schedule, minutes, agenda and follow-up.

).
- Complete word processing and clerical assignments with review of the assignee.(Filing, typing copying, using word processor program)
- Support quality assurance plan, processes and reporting
