Job Summary The Data Support Specialist is responsible for the hands-on collection, validation, and quality assurance of data, as well as the implementation and maintenance of standardized data management and reporting processes. This role supports accurate, reliable, and timely analyses for both recurring and ad hoc reporting needs across the organization. The incumbent will respond to analytical requests, develop reporting solutions, and identify opportunities to enhance the organization's short-term and long-term financial performance. Also responsible for gathering and consolidating information from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and consistency, and maintaining data within internal Pillar reporting systems. Prepares analysis-ready datasets, resolves data-related issues, and supports operational and financial decision-making through accurate and meaningful reporting. This role collaborates closely with physicians, department leaders, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, support data-driven initiatives, and ensure the timely achievement of organizational objectives. Qualifications Associate Degree Associates degree in business, accounting, or similar required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Minimum of three years of healthcare data analytics experience required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills required for Excel. Strong communication and organization skills required. Must be detail oriented and able to meet internal deadlines. Must possess a strong understanding of the key business and financial drivers that influence healthcare performance, as well as the market dynamics affecting MSLC.
