Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
: Rochester Midland Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Support Specialist to assist with customer data management and record maintenance. This temporary role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with data, communicating with customers, and ensuring accuracy across systems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Gather and input customer information into internal systems Contact customers via phone to obtain missing or updated information Research and collect relevant information from customer websites Maintain and update customer records in Excel and the company's ERP system Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all data entered
EDUCATION/ SPECIAL LICENSES OR CERTIFICATION
Associates' degree preferred
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and basic data management Strong verbal and written communication skills Customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with customers High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Basic research and problem-solving abilities
