Process state and customer documents with meticulous accuracy, utilizing proprietary systems and the Microsoft Office suite. Analyze data to identify trends, recommending and implementing process improvements and enhanced reporting. Guide team members, vendors, and customers on product features and jurisdictional requirements using an empathetic, consultative approach. Create robust process documentation, resolve stakeholder issues, and champion special projects as assigned. Understand and consistently adhere to all security guidelines to maintain strict data confidentiality. Your Foundation forSuccess:
