Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Data Steward Team in identifying and analyzing suspected data flaws across business systems and CRM platforms.
  • Help prepare recommendations for data harmonization and quality improvements.
  • Support Data Stewards with the creation, modification, merging, and health monitoring of master data objects when inconsistencies are discovered.
  • Assist in sourcing data from internal databases, data platforms, and approved third-party tools.
  • Enter, correct, and merge master data records as directed when data quality issues are identified.
  • Provide administrative, documentation, and project support to the Data Steward Team.
  • Perform additional tasks and support activities as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated passion for problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and work as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Preferred candidate will be pursuing a degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
