BCIU Administration at The Pennsylvania Key Summary of position : Provide operational support to OCDEL and Pennsylvania Key program initiatives by ensuring accurate, timely data entry across program systems and monitoring, reviewing, and ensuring compliance for all budget and fiscal operations associated with assigned programs. Job Responsibilities (see attached job description for additional details): Support Pennsylvania Key and OCDEL staff in managing grantee finances by assisting with fiscal documentation, monitoring activities, and the ongoing oversight needed to ensure programs meet financial and compliance expectations. Provide comprehensive fiscal and data support to grantees by ensuring meaningful spending, accurate financial reporting, and responsive technical assistance to address fiscal or data issues that arise throughout the year. Conduct on-site fiscal support and compliance monitoring visits, including collecting and reviewing program fiscal policies, procedures, and internal practices, and providing feedback to strengthen operations and ensure alignment with
PKC/HSSAP
requirements. Monitor quarterly expenditures for accuracy and ensure spending aligns with budgeted targets across all funding categories
Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree, preferred in technology or business. Two years experience in working with databases. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines. Ability to communicate and work with a variety of people with different skill levels in the field.
Schedule:
Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, 12 months/year
Salary:
Starting at $63,302.92/year based on education and experience. Established by the Intermediate Unit Board of Directors per the Compensation and Benefits Plan for PA Key, Classification-Education Specialist
