Job Description
EPIC is seeking an In-office Operations Associate to analyze, process and enter a variety of data into EPIC's computer system. This position is a key member of the administrative team providing timely data reporting, customer service, and assisting operations on both clerical and IT tasks within the organization. This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week and includes the following responsibilities and opportunities: Manages agency data for all programs in an accurate, confidential, and timely manner. Collects, processes, verifies, and enters a variety of data into EPIC's data systems and contract funders data systems on a daily basis Enters program/billing data into fiscal tracking spreadsheets for invoicing preparation. Runs program services report daily and contacts staff directly for missing information and status updates. Reviews EPIC data systems for missing and incorrect data to ensure accuracy and verification with program staff prior to entry and upload. Tracks various programs and identifies trends in data Produces reports from data found within EHR/EMR Provides support for on-going projects within the administrative team. Assists in submitting monthly reports to various entities. Assists in IT help desk issues including phones, computers, printers, and other equipment Assists in management and maintenance of electronic Health Record Database
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma - Prefer college degree in related field
- 1+ years experience in an office environment
- Proficient knowledge of Excel
- Proficient Knowledge of electronic health records
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical Thinking Skills
- Current valid driver's license in the State of Florida.
- Level 2 background check required and a negative drug screen
- Monday Through Friday in office (Opportunity for future remote work) .
