The Greater Kansas City Community Foundation is looking for a Donor Data Quality & Records Associate who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and creating efficient processes behind the scenes. In this role, you'll be the champion of data integrity, helping maintain and improve the systems that support our philanthropic work throughout the Kansas City community. You'll work across CRM platforms, reports, workflows, and business applications to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and actionable. What You'll Be Doing Managing and maintaining CRM data and fund records Conducting data quality reviews and cleanup projects Supporting reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics Troubleshooting data and workflow issues Testing system enhancements and new functionality Collaborating with teams across the organization to deliver exceptional service and support What We're Looking For 2-4 years of experience in CRM, database administration, data operations, or a related field Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical skills A natural problem solver who enjoys improving processes Excellent communication and collaboration skills Someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and great customer service Why You'll Love Working Here Purpose-driven work that supports charitable giving across Kansas City Opportunities to learn, grow, and improve business systems Collaborative and supportive team environment Primarily in-office with the opportunity for one remote workday per week after training A Note About Our Busy Season Our fourth quarter is a critical time for donor activity, so this position requires full availability during year-end operations to help us deliver exceptional service when it matters most.
